Refund and Cancellation Policy

Current free launch

The first 100 communities keep a free creator software plan. Paid creator plans are priced at US$5 per month per community from community #101 onward, but checkout is not open yet. No creator software subscription payment is currently collected, and there is therefore no such payment to refund.

Future paid software plans

Before paid creator plans become available, we will publish their prices, renewal terms, cancellation process and refund conditions. We will not charge your free account automatically. This policy does not remove refund rights provided by applicable law.

Independent community offers

This policy covers Zikoco's own software service. Offers from independent community creators have their own seller and terms. Zikoco is not currently collecting those payments through Paddle.

For a payment concern, contact contact@zikoco.com with your account email and relevant transaction reference. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
