Privacy Policy

Information we process

We process account details such as your name, email, password hash and profile information; community memberships and application answers; posts, comments, likes, messages, event attendance and lesson progress; and technical information needed for sessions, security and error investigation.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to operate accounts and communities, display content, deliver messages and notifications, enforce access permissions and investigate abuse. Public profiles and public community content can be visible to visitors. Private community content is shared with authorized members and staff. Direct messages are stored by Zikoco and delivered to their participants; they are not end-to-end encrypted.

Hosting and other service providers process information needed to deliver the service. If Google sign-in is available and you choose it, we receive identity information from Google. If payments are enabled in the future, the payment provider will process checkout and billing information under its own privacy policy. We do not currently collect creator membership payments through Paddle.

Cookies and calls

We use cookies for login sessions, session security and request protection. Browser calls request camera and microphone access and use peer-to-peer connections, which can expose network addresses to participants. Browser screen recording requires your explicit action; ask participants for consent before recording.

Retention and your choices

We keep information needed to operate the service, respond to account requests and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced or expire. Other members may have retained copies of content shared with them. Contact us before submitting sensitive personal information you do not want other community members or staff to see.
